1. All Sales Are Final for Opened Cosmetic Products

Due to strict hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for opened, used, or unsealed cosmetic/haircare products.

This includes products that have been:

  • Opened or unsealed

  • Tested or used

  • Damaged after delivery

  • Handled in a way that prevents resale

This rule protects customer health and ensures product integrity.

2. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchasing.

After 1 hour, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled, as they begin moving through our automated fulfillment system.

3. Wrong or Incomplete Address

If a package cannot be delivered because of:

  • Incorrect address

  • Missing apartment/suite number

  • Customer unavailability

  • Unclaimed parcels

We can reship the order, but:

  • The customer must pay the full reshipping fee

  • Refunds are not issued for address-related delivery failures

4. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide the following:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of packaging

  • Description of the issue

Once your claim is reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement
    or

  • Store credit

Refunds are issued only in rare exceptions at our discretion.

5. “Delivered but Not Received” Claims

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your order:

  • Check your mailbox, neighbors, or building management

  • Wait 48 hours (carriers may mark delivered early)

  • Contact your local post office with your tracking number

We do not provide refunds for orders marked delivered by the carrier.

However, depending on the case, we may offer:

  • A discounted replacement
    or

  • Store credit

6. Delayed Delivery

Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or holiday volume are outside our control and not eligible for refunds.

We will assist you in tracking your order if delays occur.

7. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved (rare cases only):

  • Processing takes 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Bank processing times may vary

8. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Orders older than 48 hours for damage claims

  • Orders marked as delivered

  • Orders delayed in transit

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Orders placed with incorrect address information
